Sweden
Sweden is a Nordic country, which is located in Northern Europe. It is bordered by Norway in the west, Finland in the northeast, the Skagerrak and Kattegat to the southwest, the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Bothnia in the east. The length of the coast is about 3200 km. In summer the sun is not going down to two months in extreme north.
Settlement in the territories of today’s Sweden began in the Stone Age. The region is developing very slowly compared to southern Europe – while the Romans wrote poetry, Scandinavia only enters the Iron Age. During the Viking Age (IX – X century), the Swedish Vikings traveled east. Long after forming the Norwegian and Danish Kingdom, Sweden is divided into areas controlled by local and Koonunga Yarlovo.
During the 17th century, Sweden became one of the biggest forces in Europe. Country retains its neutrality during the First and Second World War, although during the Second neutrality and is often placed into question.
According to the constitution of 1975 Sweden is a constitutional monarchy with paralementarna management system. Its head of state is the king. National holiday in the country was set June 6. On this day in 1523 began the domination of the Vasa dynasty, which manages to Sweden in 1654

Finland
Republic of Finland is a country located in northeastern Europe. It borders the Baltic Sea to the southwest and the southeast Gulf of Finland and neighboring countries are Sweden, Norway and Russia.
Finland is one of the most sparsely populated European countries. More than two thirds of the population live in the south, where the biggest cities in the country, Helsinki, Tampere and Turku.
Very important for shaping the nature of the country have ice ages over the past two million years. And most of the land has been repeatedly covered by the powerful continental ice masses and glaciers. Under their influence form the sea-largest chain of moraines in Finland Salpauselkya.
